I am a mother of two beautiful sons, and, after spending more than 10 years in a family business, moved into acupuncture, which has become a true passion for me.

Q: What got you into doing what you do?

I have always had a fascination with the human body and all its complexities.  Over the years, I watched close friends turn to acupuncture to help them with their menstrual health and infertility.  This led me to try acupuncture for a personal health issue and I was immediately hooked, which instigated my journey to becoming a qualified acupuncturist.

Q: What interests or even fascinates you about your field?

I appreciate that Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) focuses on the individual rather than the disease.  Instead of treating a label, it looks at the whole person – physically, emotionally and spiritually – to understand the source of the imbalance.  I find it so satisfying to see clients regain balance and confidence in their health, especially during meaningful journeys like fertility, where holistic support can make such meaningful difference.

Q: What do you like doing when you are not at work?

When I’m not working, you will find me doing a yin yoga class or on a nature walk with ocean views and plenty of sunshine.  I also love to have family and friends over for dinner and to spend time with my 14-year-old puppy.
